Andrews' responsibility is to negotiate the most favourable outcome for each one of his clients.  Whether it takes a day, a month, or a year, he will help you find the right home that fits your needs, and he never pushes. Out-of-town clients will appreciate his tech-savvy knowledge, and he will use e-mail, text, photo, and video messaging to get the information you want and need.  Andrew thoroughly enjoys bringing a home to the market and marketing it in all mediums to ensure maximum exposure.  He maintains excellent relationships with all other professionals involved in a real estate transaction - a practice that leads to cooperation and trouble-free closings.

Andrew has had a keen interest in condos since 2007.  It began when he purchased his first pre-construction condo ten years ago at Theatre Lofts in Downtown Halifax and sat on the condo board as President for those ten years. He recently moved to another new construction condo, The Keep on Quinpool Rd, where he sits on the board as Vice-President.  In tune with the finer points of condo living, he has shown, listed, or sold condos in most of the condo buildings in HRM. 

Andrew was born and raised in Newfoundland, which he visits at least once a year. He has been living in Halifax for 18 years now and loves it more and more each day. Jordan Gunn

Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Jordan joined the Andrew Perkins Real Estate Team in July of 2020. As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, she pays high attention to organization, detail, customer satisfaction, and marketing. As a creative person by nature, she enjoys marketing sellers' homes, managing our team’s social media, and maintaining our websites. Jordan’s favorite part of the Real Estate Industry is meeting all of the wonderful people and helping them on their unique journeys to finding or selling their dream homes.

Jordan is from Saint John, New Brunswick, received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Acadia University in 2019, and studied Graphic Design at Nova Scotia Community College before becoming a Licence Real Estate Assistant. Jordan currently resides in Downtown Dartmouth with her husband Tyler and their three cats Clover, Jazz, and Pepper.

Chewy Browne

Chief Barketing Officer

Chewy is the glue that keeps the team together. He typically works on Wednesdays and Fridays. On those days, he can be found with his pal Andrew in his favourite place in the world, Point Pleasant Park in the South End of Halifax. There, Andrew and chewy contemplate their dreams and aspirations for Halifax real estate domination. Chewy was rescued by one of Andrews's good friends and now serves as the team's CBO.
