Inventory is low, buyers are eager and homes are selling well over asking in many cases. We believe it is crucial for buyers to stay informed on not only current resale homes hitting the market, but new construction homes in Halifax as well. That is why we have decided to do some research and list the up-and-coming Halifax community developments for you to explore! 



Castle Grove Estates


Castle Grove Estates is a new community coming to Elmsdale, Nova Scotia. Their website describes this new development as follows:

“Located off of the Old Truro Road, this community will feature 525 manufactured homes nestled in an eco-conscious footprint of 74-80 acres, on a total parcel of 1,100 acres of forested land. Castle Groves is a mobile/leased land community, therefore mortgaging differs slightly from traditional home purchasing.
